Generations Child Care in Irondequoit, NY, offers a warm, family-friendly environment where children can learn, play, and grow. Located within the Irondequoit school district, our center provides a close-knit feel while delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

Our outdoor play area is designed to encourage active play and large motor skill development, giving children the space they need to explore, run, and engage with their peers. Inside, our classrooms provide a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere, with age-appropriate activities that foster creativity, critical thinking, and social development.

For families within the Rochester City School District, Generations proudly offers a free Universal Pre-K Program, providing children with a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Our dedicated teachers and staff are committed to creating a supportive and enriching experience for every child in our care.

Nichole White

My name is Nichole M. White and I am the Site Director at our Irondequoit location. I was born and raised in Rochester and come to Generations with over 20 years of experience in education. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a Quad Certification from Nazareth College. I began my career as a paraprofessional and then moved on to become a classroom teacher. I received my first Master’s Degree in Elementary Education with a focus on Literacy. I have been a lead teacher, a mentor teacher and a literacy instructional coach. I earned my second Master’s Degree in Administration with a certificate in School Building and School District Leadership, which led me to this very position with Generations. I am excited to be here, as working in education with children and teachers is my passion!
