Many of our teachers have received the national Child Development Associate credential. All staff benefit from 24 hours of annual training.

Site DirectorTo be responsible for the leadership, general supervision, management and profitability of the child care center by performing the duties necessary to provide a safe, nurturing and educational environment of the highest quality for children, parents, and staff.

Lead TeacherPlan, carry out and asses developmentally appropriate activities and experiences within the classroom and posts activities in an inviting lesson plan. UPK/EPK Educational Coordinator
In this position you would oversee and mentor a group of child care staff in order to coordinate the programming of several related classrooms. The educational coordinator’s primary purpose is to mentor, coach and guide classroom staff to offer high quality early care and education within the UPK / EPK classrooms. The educational coordinator must also develop and nurture relationships with children and families.

Kitchen StaffEnsures that food is properly prepared on time in accordance with menus and recipes and distributes and delivers food trays to the correct classrooms. (Full description available on application)
