The HEARS Family Line (Help, Empower, Advocate, Reassure, Support) is a free and confidential phone service available to parents and caregivers across New York State. Friendly representatives are ready to connect you with trusted local resources and programs for your family.
When you call the HEARS Family Line, you can get information and referrals for:
- Food and nutrition programs
- Clothing and household essentials
- Housing and shelter support
- Medical and behavioral health care
- Parenting education and family services
- Child care options
No matter what your family is facing, the HEARS team will take the time to listen and point you toward the right next steps.
