Jeanie Harris, Program Operations Manager

Jeanie has spent 17 years in the Early Childhood field serving as Director and Programming Specialist for local Child Care Centers and at the local Child Care Resource and Referral Agency.  Jeanie joined Generations in 1999 bringing particular expertise in Early Care and Education Programming and Accreditation Standards.  Focused on Program Development for 8 years, Jeanie now shares that knowledge and experience with Generations comprehensively in her current administrative role.  Jeanie is passionate about providing quality early care and education to all families and is committed to bringing the generations together for the benefit of both groups.

Gerry Borden, Health and Safety Director

Gerry has 25+ years of nursing experience to fortify Generations quality programs.  Since joining Generations in 1999, Gerry has used her expertise to ensure children, seniors, staff and families are in safe and healthy environments.  She formulates and implements policies and procedures to ensure the environments are optimal for growth and development for all.  Gerry is an excellent resource for staff and families concerned about the well being of their loved one.

Brooke Rourke, Human Resources Manager   

As Generations has grown, the recruiting and hiring process has been critical to securing qualified, motivated staff.  Brooke joined Generations after spending a few years in finance.  Her ambition and perceptive skills have resulted in Generations successfully recruiting qualified staff at each of the centers

Don Sexstone, Director of Transportation

Generations provides transportation on a limited basis for families who could not otherwise access Generations quality programs.  Don joined Generations after working in the transportation department at a local school district.  He served as Generations 19A consultant for many years and was eager to join the Generations team.  Since Don has joined Generations, we have grown our transportation service to include five buses and transporting over 90 children daily.  Don’s concern for safety comes through in all he does.

Sandi Munson, Business Manager

Sandi’s efficient, careful, studied skills related to Generations financial records has made the company much more effective in maintaining, and even growing, a viable business.  Generations is committed to providing families with accurate record keeping as well as carrying out business practices that translate to a well run, secure child and elder care service.  Sandi’s Math education and experience in the business world, combined with her three years of experience with Generations make her an effective manager

Christine Stuhler, Sales and Marketing Manager

Generations is committed to actively recruiting to fill classrooms as part of our commitment to offer families a service that is also financially strong.  As a result, this Sales position was added this year to ensure that goal is achieved.  Christine joined Generations this year following several years in sales for the communications field.  Her business degree lends itself to a firm understanding of what Generations priorities must be.  Christine’s ideas are refreshing and are making a significant impact to Generations programs.

Kathy Lefrois, Strategic Growth Manager

Kathy was Generations first employee, opening the Gates location in 1993 with over 90 children and a full, experienced staff.  Since then, Kathy has seen Generations grow to 7 locations, over 150 staff and 350 children.  Kathy now focuses her efforts on continuing to grow Generations by opening new centers and growing other quality programs like Universal Pre-Kindergarten and a new School-age Program initiative.  Kathy will serve as the interim Director at new centers for the first year as they grow and develop while grooming new staff and on-site administration.  Her 25+ years of experience growing Generations into a well-respected, high-quality early care and education company will ensure that Generations newest locations operate at the same high standard of excellence.

Cecilia Iacoviello, Director of Support Services

Cecilia learned first hand what made food service safe, efficient and effective by beginning her career with Generations as the Cook at the Fairport location.  Cecilia became interested in making sure all of Generations kitchens were clean and running smoothly and began oversight of the food service at all locations.  She now also oversees repairs and maintenance for all locations.

Donna Delvecchio, Intergenerational Coordinator

Donna joined Generations after a long career in Nursing Homes and other senior care facilities.  For over 8 years, Donna has planned and carried out the quality integenerational programming that happens regularly with Generations Elder Care program and the child care classrooms.  Donna has responsibility for managing the day to day operations of the elder care program including working with families and seniors directly.  Donna feels a strong commitment to the benefits of programming across the generations.  Both the seniors and children grow from the experiences.
