DeShawn came to Generations in 2010 with a Bachelor's in Business and a Master's in Management and Public Administration. DeShawn has 20 years of experience working with local youth & families. She recognizes the importance of building relationships with staff & families to provide a better environment for our children, positioning herself as a peer leader, mentor, & role model.
