The newest addition to the Generations family, our Irondequoit center has so much possibility. Located within minutes from the Irondequoit school district, families have the option of care before and after school. School busses pick up and drop off from any of our centers.

Kathy Lefrois, Site Director

Kathy was Generations first employee, opening the Gates location in 1993 with over 90 children and a full, experienced staff. Since then, Kathy has seen Generations grow to 7 locations, over 150 staff and 350 children. Kathy now focuses her efforts on continuing to grow Generations by opening new centers and growing other quality programs like Universal Pre-Kindergarten and a new School-age Program initiative. Kathy will serve as the interim Director at new centers for the first year as they grow and develop while grooming new staff and on-site administration. Her 25+ years of experience growing Generations into a well-respected, high-quality early care and education company will ensure that Generations newest locations operate at the same high standard of excellence.
