Gates

Our Gates location is the first center to open its doors 15 years ago. The center is not only spacious and open, but this location is lucky to have an amazing outdoor playground. The large outdoor space makes spending summers at this location both entertaining and exciting. Our Gates center is particularly unique because in addition to child care, we have our elder care at this facility as well. Children can walk down the hall to visit with the grandmas and grandpas.

Mary McDowell, Site Director

Mary’s degree in Theraputic Recreation and experience working with Children and Seniors makes her a perfect fit for the Gates location. Mary has worked in Senior programs planning and carrying out recreation activities and most recently with the Girl Scouts managing several outdoor education programs. Mary has a strong appreciation for bringing the generations together as well as quality instincts with young children’s programs. Mary has committed herself to working with the families, children and staff at the Gates Location to continue Generations long commitment to providing quality care to the neighborhood.
