Jeanie Harris, Program Operations Manager

JeanieJeanie has been in the Early Childhood field since 1991. Jeanie joined Generations in 1999 bringing particular expertise in Early Care and Education Programming and Accreditation Standards. Focused on Program Development for 8 years, Jeanie now shares that knowledge and experience with Generations comprehensively in her current administrative role. Jeanie is passionate about providing quality early care and education to all families and is committed to bringing the generations together for the benefit of both groups.

Brooke Rourke, Human Resources Manager

Brooke
The recruiting and hiring process is critical to securing qualified, motivated staff in a child care program. Brooke Rourke joined Generations in 2006 after spending a few years in working in Human Resources for a major investment firm. She earned her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources and also holds Professional Human Resource certification. Her ambition and perceptive skills have resulted in Generations successfully recruiting qualified staff at each of the centers.

Katie Crane, Director of Sales and Marketing

Katie
Katie joined Generations after a media/public relations career of 18 years with Wegmans as well as running a business with her husband which they managed together for 23 years. Katie has as Degree in Business Management and also has specialized media relations training. Katie is a welcome addition to Generations as her skills will be used to further strengthen Generations programs.

Kathy’s 25+ years of experience growing Generations into a well-respected, high-quality early care and education company will ensure that all Generations locations operate at the same high standard of excellence. Gerry Borden, Director of Health

Gerry
Gerry has 25+ years of nursing experience to fortify Generations quality programs. Since joining Generations, Gerry has used her expertise to work with children, seniors, staff and families keeping them safe and healthy. She mentors staff and provides regular training to result in optimal for growth and development for the children in our care.

Terri Roberts, Director of Transportation

TerriTerri took over the task of Director or Transportation for Generations in 2008. Terri was with a School District for many years where she was responsible for training and record keeping regarding the drivers and buses. Terri’s years of experience as a driver make her an excellent trainer and she has developed a strong team in the transportation department staff. Her excellent organization skills have been put to good use with Terri ensuring all safety-oriented record keeping is done accurately and kept up to date. Terri has been a welcome addition to our company.

Cecilia Iacoviello, Director of Support Services

Cecilia IacovielloCecilia learned first hand what made food service safe, efficient and effective by beginning her career with Generations as the Cook at the Fairport location. Her expertise resulted in her moving into her current position where she oversees food service and facility maintenance. Cecilia has been with Generations since 2000.
